Online Purchasing Information

  • Account Authorization Account Authorization is necessary to purchase items from this site. This ensures that the products being purchased are suited to your needs and reduces any risk of irritation or complications resulting from incorrect product choice.
  • What does Account Authorization involve? Authorization involves completing five simple questions that will appear when you are creating an online account and will ensure that Me Skin and Body is providing you with the most appropriate cosmetic product to treat your condition. After review your account is typically enabled within one business day.
  • How will I know if my account is Authorized? You will receive a confirmation email and will then be free to purchase from our online store. Our Skin Care Experts may contact you directly if they require any further information to support your Authorization request. They may also recommend an alternate product after considering your circumstances and treatment needs.

  • Do I need to have my account Authorized? Yes! Account authorization is a once-off process, and you are then free to order from our online store at your leisure.
  • Shipping Me Skin and Body delivers Australia wide using Australia Post's Express delivery service.
    Freight Charges (Australia)
    • Orders of 3 or more products - $14.80 Flat Rate Express Post Delivery
    • Orders of less than 3 products - $10.55 Flat Rate Express Post Delivery

    The freight charge is automatically added to your order during the check out process.

    To ensure your orders are delivered safe and secure, we recommend that you include a delivery address where someone is available to accept your order. If nobody is available for collection, your parcel will be left at the delivery address or Post Office for collection at a later date. Please include a daytime contact number with your shipping details in case we need to contact you if there are any problems with delivery. Standard delivery time is between 1-7 working days depending on your location.

    We currently don't ship any of our items internationally.

    Back Order Items (Out of Stock)
    Express Post - $10.55 per Back Order parcel. All Back Order items are delivered in their own individual parcels and shipped immediately once stock becomes available.

  • Delivery Time

    As a general rule we endeavor to dispatch your goods within 2 working days of receiving your order & payment. Delivery time to you will vary depending on your location. Most deliveries are received within 5-7 working days after dispatch. If you do not receive your goods within 8 working days please contact us via email at reception@meskinandbody.com.au or by phone on (03) 98279181

    Our standard method of delivery is via Australia Express Post. If you require any delivery information please email your order and destination details to reception@meskinandbody.com.au
  • Refunds & Returns

    Refund & Return Policy
    We stand by the products we sell. If you experience an allergic reaction or sensitivity issue from any products purchased please contact us immediately on (03) 98279181 to discuss the matter with one of our expert skin consultants. You may only return the products for refund or exchange if the salon is contacted within 7 days of receiving the goods and a return code (RC) is issued by the salon. Once the item is received a refund will be issued via original payment method. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. If an items packaging is faulty please contact the salon within 7 days of receiving goods and a replacement will be sent out to you once the faulty item has been received. We will reimburse any postage costs associated with returning a faulty item.

    Please use Express Post for all returns so that you have a reference number to track the parcel in the case of delays or loss in transit. Always check the contents of your delivery against the invoice provided. If you find a discrepancy please report it to us within 5 working days of receiving your goods. Me Skin and Body will not be held responsible for any returns lost in transit.

  • How to Return Your Item
    • Contact the team at Me Skin and Body on (03) 98279181 or email us at reception@meskinandbody.com.au (ensure you include a daytime telephone number).
    • A skincare consultant will evaluate your return request, record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Code (RC). The consultant will also provide you address details of where to send your return. You must obtain a return code within 7 days of receiving the product so as to ensure that you are eligible for return.
    • All products being returned must be securely packed to ensure product protection, ideally using the same packaging that the product was sent in. Me Skin and Body will not be held responsible for packing negligence. The only exception is for a customer who originally received a damaged product.
    • Send your item to the return address provided. Please ensure that your return code is clearly displayed on the return packaging.
    • As soon as the return has been received, the product will be assessed for appropriate action.
    IMPORTANT:

    You must obtain an RC within 7 days of receiving the product and the return must be received by Me Skin and Body within 10 days after the RC has been issued.

    Replacement product will only be shipped after the item has been received and assessed by Me Skin and Body. Any item that is returned to Me Skin and Body without an RC will be returned to sender.

  • Back Orders If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order due to a product shortage or products on back order, you will be contacted within two days of placing your order to notify you of the expected delay. An alternative product or a full refund will be offered to you in this instance if you do not wish to wait for the anticipated arrival date.
  • Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability Your access to this website and your use of the services provided through it is subject to these legally binding terms and conditions.
