We know beautiful skin.

And we aim to deliver it to you in the most cost-effective and enjoyable ways possible. We treat what you need, at the time you need it. You have your therapist's undivided attention throughout your visit.

Service is our focus. It's consistent and very special.
  • OUR TREATMENTS Every treatment on our service menu has been carefully put together, tested and re-tested until we are satisfied our clients will be delighted with the results and we feel their experience will exceed their expectations. We offer the highest quality products for our in-house treatments and for you to purchase for home use. The emphasis is on optimum, long-lasting results.
  • ADVANCED TRAINING Only friendly and knowledgeable team members are employed at our salon. All of our therapists have received, and continue to receive advanced training in all facets of the business, products and services.
  • SOMEWHERE TO RELAX We have set aside a comfortable area of the salon where you can sit and relax with the latest magazines, herbal teas and relaxing music. Feel free to arrive early for your appointment to unwind, or stay longer after your appointment, even if it's to allow your nails to dry thoroughly after our very special signature manicures and pedicures.
  • HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS ARE PRIORITIES We use a professional linen service and use fresh linen for every client. We use whatever disposables are appropriate and the best quality available products and utensils in every treatment. We never cut corners and we certainly do not recycle anything, least of all, wax. The best, gentlest wax is used and disposed of immediately.

  • RESERVATIONS We recommend you rebook your next appointment before you leave our salon, in order to secure a time that is most convenient to you. Otherwise, we recommend you make your appointment bookings at least one week in advance as we do book up quickly and we would not want you to miss out on your preferred time. However, please do feel free to call at the last minute, as there may be time available due to appointment changes. Please note that we keep a waiting list for the convenience of our clients and will call you should an appointment be available at your preferred time.
  • WHEN TO ARRIVE Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow yourself to unwind, enjoy a complimentary beverage and allow time to check in. New clients, please arrive 15 minutes earlier so that you can fill in our "New Client" consultation form.
  • IT IS OUR POLICY TO RUN ON TIME We value your time so it's our policy to run on time. We don't pack our appointment books but rather allow a generous allocation of time to cover your treatment, plus a little more for changing and any recommendations made by your therapist. None of us likes to be kept waiting which is why Me Skin and Body have a strict policy of running on time. Please be prompt to receive full service. Arriving late will reduce the time of your treatment as your treatment will end at the scheduled time so that the next guest is not delayed. In the event that you are so late that we cannot provide your service as well as run to time for our next guest, our cancellation policy will apply.
  • WHAT TO WEAR Depending on your treatment, salon wraps are provided for your comfort. Our fully qualified therapists are trained to drape correctly to respect your comfort and privacy. Disposable underwear is available for all body treatments. Men are required to wear either a swimming costume or briefs (not g-strings) for all body treatments. When having a pedicure treatment, we recommend you wear or bring open toed shoes. Disposable thongs are available for sale should you forget your open toed shoes.
  • SECURING YOUR BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY In order to maintain our prices and continually be able to offer our clients the very best, a credit card or gift voucher number is required at the time of booking to secure all reservations. A 50% deposit is required for all treatments. In the event that you need to cancel or rechedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 (business) hours advance notice otherwise you will forfeit your deposit. If something unexpected happens we are happy for you to offer your appointment to another friend or family member in your place.
  • CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENTS At Me Skin and Body, we are fortunate enough to have a growing waiting list of loyal clients. We have found that the majority of clients who don't respond to our text messages confirming their appointments can't make their appointment and sometimes don't show up, leaving it too late to offer their appointment time to another client. In order to accommodate the needs of all of our valued clients, we need to follow a stringent confirmation procedure. Your appointment will be confirmed by text two days prior to your scheduled time and you will be requested to respond 'yes' to confirm or 'no' to cancel. Your response is automatically registered on our appointment screen.

    If you don't respond, we'll try again and call you. If we can't reach you or do not hear from you, your appointment time may be made available to the first client on our waiting list. We hope you understand that this policy is in place for the best possible outcome for all of our clients. It allows for us to staff our salon effectively and therefore make ourselves available to all of our clients at every opportunity possible.

  • CONDITIONS FOR COURSES AND PROGRAMS Pre-paid courses and programs are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Some courses run for 12 months. As we use an automated system of monitoring the course, beyond the expiry date, unused treatments beyond expiry date are forfeited. Treatments in a course are not transferrable. 'No Shows' or appointment cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in the course treatment being considered as redeemed.
  • MOBILE PHONES AND BEEPERS We kindly ask that you turn off your mobile phone or beeper prior to arriving for your appointment as the noise may disturb other guests who are here to escape the world and all its technological offerings!
  • CHILDREN While we love children, we ask that in consideration to our other guests, you do not bring children to your appointment.

  • ME SKIN AND BODY REWARDS CLUB The Me Skin and Body Rewards Club is how we reward our wonderful clients for their loyalty. There are no joining fees and no qualification requirements. All new clients are joined automatically.
  • HOW DOES THE ME SKIN AND BODY REWARDS CLUB WORK? Every dollar spent at our salon counts towards earning me Reward $$s. For every $100 purchase of any treatment, product or Gift Cards including promotional items and packages you'll earn 5 Reward Points (1 Reward Point is valued at $1). You can REDEEM your Reward $$s to purchase an entire FULL-PRICED TREATMENT (cannot be used to discount a treatment or redeemed against promotional treatments, packages, courses or to purchase retail products). Points can be redeemed any time of the week including evenings and Saturdays, but not during the month of December. Points do not expire as long as you are current to the salon i.e. your last visit was within the last 4 months.
  • V.I.me MEMBERSHIP Receive double the rewards 10 Reward Points for every $100 spent on treatments or products including promotional treatments and products, courses, packages, gift vouchers. In fact on anything you spend at Me Skin and Body! You'll also receive $240 worth of free treatments. Membership fee is $110/year.
  • HOW DOES V.I.me MEMBERSHIP WORK? Every dollar spent at our salon counts towards earning me Reward $$s. For every purchase of any treatment, product or Gift Cards including promotional items and packages you'll earn double points, 10 Reward points (1 Reward Point is valued at $1). Points can only be redeemed on the total price of FULL-PRICED TREATMENTS i.e. cannot be used to discount the price of a treatment or redeemed against promotional treatments, packages, courses or to purchase retail products. Points can be redeemed any time of the week including evenings and Saturdays, but not during the month of December. Points do not expire as long as you are current to the salon i.e. last visit was within the last 4 months.
  • In addition to double points, you'll receive a membership card which will entitle you to $20 off any full price treatment every month (much like a coffee card). Monthly $20 gift may be transferred to a friend or family member but points are not transferrable.

    Membership is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Due to the automated system, membership cannot be put on hold or extended in the case of absence.

  • Rewards for your referrals Your referrals to family and friends help our business grow and we love our growth to come from recommendations from our clients. If you recommend any of your friends or family to us and they mention your name, you will each receive a $20 treatment Gift Card. Your friend will receive theirs after their first visit and at the beginning of each month, we'll send you as many multiples of $20 treatment Gift Cards as clients you've recommended in the previous month.
  • Superb gift cards The gift of great skin or relaxation is a most memorable way to celebrate a special occasion, a birthday or a job well done. We offer beautifully presented Gift Cards for treatments, products or packages. Our pre- packaged treatment packages represent fabulous value and are ideal for gift giving or receiving. Or if you prefer, we would be happy to customise a unique tailor-made package to suit your individual requirements. Gift Cards for open value are also an option.
